As part of their national study trip, a group consisting of forty members from the National College of Defence Studies (NCDS), Course 2–2025, were received by the Presidency at Jubilee House. A tour of the Jubilee House, presentations on the topic of governance from the Cabinet Secretariat and the PPMED, and an open forum for talks on defense diplomacy, national security, and the execution of policy were all part of the visit. Dr. Abubakari Wayo, who is the acting chief director, emphasized the need of collaboration between civilian administration and security organizations. The President’s representative, Nana Oye Bampoe Addo, who is the Deputy Chief of Staff, gave the keynote presentation, in which they highlighted the importance of leadership that is flexible, ethical, and imaginative in order to deal with complicated security challenges. They also reiterated the government’s support of women’s leadership and cooperation amongst institutions. A photograph of the whole group, a vote of gratitude, and the distribution of mementos served as the conclusion of the visit.
