Regina Daniels Takes Drug Test—Actress Shares Hospital Video Amid Domestic Dispute

Nigerian actress Regina Daniels has finally submitted to a drug test, sharing a video on Instagram from the hospital where she stated, “Hi guys, so I’m here at the hospital, I’m about to run my drug test,” nearly three months after her husband, politician Senator Ned Nwoko, accused her of substance abuse amid their ongoing domestic dispute; the allegations followed Regina’s October 2025 claims of domestic violence against Ned, who denied them and also accused her of drug use, claiming he had her medical records, while her co-wife Laila Charani alleged that Regina had introduced her to drugs, and an alleged medical report from Serenity Royale Hospital showing toxic levels of marijuana, morphine, opiates, cocaine, and alcohol circulated online, prompting the hospital to deny leaking any laboratory tests, stating, “We wish to state clearly that the publication containing classified information of Mrs Nwoko Regina did not emanate from us and respectfully request the public to disregard same.”
