Wontumi for NPP chair: ‘Nobody campaigns harder than me, my flaws don’t cancel my track record.’
Aspiring National Chairman of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), Bernard Antwi Boasiako, popularly known as Chairman Wontumi, has described himself as the party’s most dedicated and effective campaigner, arguing that his commitment and track record should be the key criteria in evaluating his suitability for the position. Acknowledging that he is not without flaws, he maintained that his unwavering dedication to the NPP sets him apart, insisting that no one campaigns harder for the party than he does. He further stated that his popularity among party faithful and his deep affection for the NPP position him as a strong contender capable of helping to unite the party ahead of the 2028 general elections.
