GOIL: Tema Ports Fuel Loading Resumes (ICUMS Issue Fixed, Operations Back to Normal)
Edward Bawa, the Group CEO of GOIL PLC, said that the systems at the Tema Ports have been fixed, so fuel loading can start again. He said on social media on March 9 that things were back to normal after a brief interruption caused by the Integrated Customs Management System (ICUMS), which had raised concerns about fuel supplies for GOIL and Star Oil Company. The company thanked customers and other interested parties for their patience and promised that things were back to normal. GOIL is one of the biggest oil marketing companies in Ghana and runs fuel depots and service stations all over the country.
