Konan University MEXT Scholarships 2026 in Japan
Students accepted into the YiJ program are welcome to apply for several scholarship opportunities. These include external scholarships such as the Hyogo University Mobility in Asia and the Pacific (HUMAP) scholarship and the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) scholarship, which is funded by MEXT (the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology). HUMAP together with JASSO provides financial support of approximately 80,000 yen per month for each month a student is enrolled in the YiJ program.
In addition, students may also apply for the Konan scholarship, an internal award offered to those who show a strong commitment to service and involvement within the Konan University community.
