Second chance for future soldiers: Disqualified GAF medical applicants can now get a free review and maybe a shot at service.
Ernest Brogya Genfi, the Deputy Defense Minister, has said that people who were disqualified from the medical stage of the 2025/2026 Ghana Armed Forces recruitment exercise can get a free medical review. He told candidates who were disqualified to check with their medical centers to find out why they were disqualified. He also told those who have treatable conditions to seek care and may be called back for a new evaluation. The program is free for applicants and is meant to give some candidates a second chance and make the hiring process more fair.
