Cabinet to Revoke All Improper State Land Sales (Officials’ Names to Be Published)

The Cabinet has agreed to take back all state lands that were sold without going through the proper channels. This is to make sure that taxpayers get their money’s worth and that public assets are safe, according to the Minister of Lands and Natural Resources. During a visit by Vice President Prof. Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang, Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah made the announcement. He said that once the process is finished, public officials will no longer be able to illegally get state lands, and the names of those involved will be made public. He stressed that the ministry will strictly follow Cabinet’s orders.
