Court: No Will Filed for Daddy Lumba (Estate May Be Handled Intestate)
The High Court in Accra has confirmed that there is no record of a will that was filed for the late highlife musician Daddy Lumba (Charles Kwadwo Fosu) at the Probate and Administration Division’s registry. This was found after an official search was done as part of the legal process to manage his estate. The response from the registry, dated January 19, 2026, and signed by the Registrar, said that no will had been filed. This means that his estate may be managed under intestate succession laws unless a valid will is found from another source. The new information adds more legal issues for his family and representatives to think about as they take care of the business of the famous Ghanaian musician.
