Daboya Mankarigu’s first tarred roads are coming, Asiedu Nketiah tells residents: back Mahama’s projects, not your pockets.

The National Chairman of the National Democratic Congress, Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, has urged residents of Daboya Mankarigu in the Savannah Region to support government development initiatives, assuring them that infrastructure improvements would soon transform living conditions in the area. Speaking during his “Thank You Tour” on May 16, he noted that the district remains among the few in Ghana without tarred roads, but said this situation would change under the administration of President John Dramani Mahama. He encouraged residents to prioritise community development over personal gain and to support ongoing and future projects, adding that improvements in roads, healthcare and education would significantly enhance living standards even if individual financial benefits were not immediate.
