Kwakye Ofosu Fights Back: “Ayine Broke No Law — Stop the Hypocrisy!”
The Minister for Communications, Felix Kwakye Ofosu, hath come forth to champion the cause of the Attorney General and Minister for Justice, Dr. Dominic Ayine, in the face of public outcry regarding his choice to unveil the charges laid against certain former government appointees. In discourse upon the esteemed Metro TV on the thirty-first day of October, Mr. Kwakye Ofosu did remind the critics that in the reign of former President Akufo-Addo, the then Attorney General, Godfred Dame, did likewise unveil charges to the public without facing rebuke, emphasizing the necessity for steadfastness in such matters. He did declare that Dr. Ayine doth act in accordance with the law, fostering transparency, accountability, and openness. He beseeched the good people of Ghana not to entwine the noble work of the Attorney General’s Office with the webs of politics, stressing that due process and justice must be upheld without fear or favour.
