Administrative Assistant – BrakoVerse Media

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Assist with document preparation, data entry, and report generation.
  • Provide administrative support to team members and assist with project coordination.
  • Manage and update social media content as needed.
  • Perform other duties as required to support daily operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (or equivalent word processing and spreadsheet software).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • University degree or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.

Schedule:

  • 30–40 hours per week
