Administrative Assistant – BrakoVerse Media
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, and report generation.
- Provide administrative support to team members and assist with project coordination.
- Manage and update social media content as needed.
- Perform other duties as required to support daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (or equivalent word processing and spreadsheet software).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- University degree or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
Schedule:
- 30–40 hours per week
