Job Opportunity: Administrative Assistant (Project Support)
Location: Tema (Head Office), Ghana

Key Responsibilities
The candidate will:
Prepare, compile, and submit applications for statutory permits and licenses, including:
Building permits
Environmental permits
Zoning and land-use certificates
Fire Service clearances
Utility connection permits (water, electricity, sewerage)
Monitor permit applications and follow up with regulatory authorities.
Ensure project documentation complies with Ghanaian regulations and technical standards.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations for the Project Manager.
Review tender documents and engineering drawings to identify permit requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in:
Civil Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Construction Engineering
Structural Engineering
Or a related technical field
Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in:
Administrative support
Project support
Regulatory compliance
Experience in the construction, real estate, or automobile industry in Ghana is preferred.
