The Rhodes Global Scholarship 2027 offers outstanding students from eligible countries a fully funded opportunity to pursue Master’s, MPhil, or PhD degrees at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom.

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
Be citizens of countries not covered by an existing Rhodes Scholarship constituency.
Meet one of the following age requirements as of 1 October 2026:
Aged 18–24 years (born between 2 October 2002 and 1 October 2008), or
Aged 18–25 years for medical students completing a compulsory professional internship, or
Under 27 years old (born after 1 October 1999) and have completed their first undergraduate degree on or after 1 October 2024.
Have completed or be expected to complete an undergraduate degree by July 2026.
Meet the admission requirements of their chosen Oxford course.
Have a strong academic record, preferably a First Class Honours degree (or equivalent) or a GPA of 3.70/4.0 or higher.
Scholarship Benefits
The scholarship covers:
Full University of Oxford tuition fees
Annual living stipend of £20,400
Oxford application fee
Student visa fees and International Health Surcharge (IHS)
Two economy-class flights to and from the UK at the beginning and end of studies
