AGRADAA BACK IN COURT! Judge Orders Her to ‘Bring the Plea Deal or Else’!

In the Agradaa case, the court has issued a ruling that requires the conditions of the plea bargain to be submitted.
The High Court in the city of Accra has given instructions to Nana Agradaa (Patricia Asieduaa) and her co-defendants to submit a prospective plea deal at least three full days before to their next court appearance, which is scheduled to take place on December 16, 2025. The defense attorneys made the claim that they had not been provided with proper notice when, on 2 December 2025, the prosecution announced their intention to ask for a bench warrant against the second defendant. The court was informed by Nana Agradaa’s legal counsel that discussions with the Office of the Attorney-General regarding a possible plea agreement had progressed significantly. A short adjournment was requested and subsequently granted. The court also mandated that the second defendant be properly served with a notice of the hearing. Nana Agradaa, who was formerly a fetish priestess but has now converted to evangelism, is being charged with the dissemination of nude photographs of Pastor Emmanuel Appiah Fumum on her television station and other media platforms without his permission. This act is in violation of the Cybersecurity Act, 2020 (Act 1038). Nana Agradaa, who is presently incarcerated and serving a fifteen-year sentence for fraud by false pretense, was in attendance at the court hearing. At this time, the defense counsel expressed worry over remarks made to the media by the plaintiff. The judge subsequently asked the prosecution to handle these statements by urging the plaintiff to desist from making public commentary.
