The song won in a category that was also won by; Tontonte by Ko-jo Cue ft. AratheJay and Ofori Amponsah, Next Door by Kojo Blak ft. Sarkodie, Messiah by Sarkodie ft. Kweku Flick and Badness by Kwesi Amewuga. The win emphasizes the enduring impact of hiplife music on Ghana’s music industry.
