NPP Minority, IMF Hold ‘Constructive’ Talks (Focus on Ghana’s Economy, Governance)
Alexander Kwamena Afenyo-Markin led the New Patriotic Party Minority Caucus in Parliament to meet with people from the International Monetary Fund to talk about recent changes in Ghana’s economy. Adrian Alter led the IMF group, which also included other officials. Mohammed Amin Adam and Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, two important members of the Minority, were at the meeting. It was mostly about economic and governance issues, and both sides said the talks were helpful and productive.
