First Edition Realty is looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator & Personal Assistant to support senior management and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the office.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide daily executive support: scheduling, travel coordination, correspondence, follow-ups, and task tracking.
• Handle personal and administrative requests with full confidentiality and professionalism.
• Oversee office operations: filing systems, records management, inventory, office supplies, and service contracts.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to maintain a well-functioning office environment.
• Manage the company driver’s schedule and ensure proper vehicle maintenance.
• Manage internal communication channels, company group chats, and follow-up workflows.
• Provide general administrative, operational, and event support as needed.
Requirements:
• Fluent Russian speaker — mandatory requirement.
• Previous experience as an Office Administrator, Personal Assistant, or Executive Assistant — mandatory.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Professional, reliable, discreet, and able to work independently.
