The Nature of Change
Change is woven into every part of existence. Nature changes with the seasons, societies evolve with time, and human beings are continually shaped by experience, loss, relationships and new understanding. Nothing remains exactly as it was.
Yet we often resist change because familiarity gives us a sense of security. We hold on to old habits, relationships, beliefs and circumstances, even when they no longer serve our growth. We forget that life sometimes requires us to release what we know before we can understand what comes next.
Change also demands reflection. Not every change leads to progress, and not every new direction is worth pursuing. Wisdom lies in recognising what must evolve, what deserves to be preserved, and what we must leave behind.
Life moves through change. Our responsibility is to meet it with an open mind, the courage to adapt, and the wisdom to know which direction is worth taking.
