Ase Community Foundation is seeking to hire a Community Programs Coordinator.

- Hourly Wage: $25 – $27/hour

Position Summary: The Community Programs Coordinator will play a core role in designing, coordinating, and continuously improving Ase Community’s program model, materials, and evaluation systems. This position bridges research, program design, and implementation, ensuring that every component of our programs and initiatives is culturally affirming, disability-inclusive, and grounded in lived experience. The position will be responsible for the coordination of all organizational programs, administration, events, communication, and marketing/social media, including updating resources to the Black Accessibility Knowledge Hub and coordinating the Real Knowledge Series.
Qualifications and Experience:
- The minimum level of education required is a college diploma or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent education and experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience coordinating community-based programs, focusing on developing Black communities and/or disability-focused initiatives.
- Experience working with and alongside Black youth, with a strong understanding of disabilities and other intersectional identities.
- Proficiency with various digital tools and platforms, including CRM systems (Salesforce), project management software, communication tools (Zoom, Teams), Canva, online marketing tools and platforms, and social media.
- High proficiency in GSuite and other administrative and content management software, including Google Sheets and/or Excel skills for budgeting and financial tracking.
- Experience updating content on website platforms, including WordPress.
