A fast-growing tech startup is seeking a proactive and organized Operations & Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and assist with social media management.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of work experience (National Service graduates are encouraged to apply)
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Proficiency in Canva and basic graphic design
Experience managing social media content
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support
Create simple graphics for social media and internal use
Manage and schedule social media content
Assist with office coordination and documentation
Support ad hoc projects as required
